Garnishes catering is dedicated to serving the SUNY Brockport community by offering catered meal solutions to meet your needs. Supply chain issues and market fluctuations may impact the offerings below and service style.
Packages are available for self-service buffet style with a beverage station. Unless otherwise noted, all buffets include a beverage station with coffee, decaf, lemonade, and water. Reception items do not include a beverage station unless included with a buffet menu. Buffet meals are available in the New York Room and Presidential Dining Room in Cooper Hall, Eagle’s Lookout in Tuttle Athletic Complex, or the Gallery and Ballroom in the Seymour College Union. Buffets have a 25-person minimum and are subject to a 20% service fee. Additionally, events booked in the New York Room or Presidential Dining Room have the following minimum food orders per room:
- Weekdays during business hours – $250
- Weekdays after business hours – $350
- Weekends – $500
Standard events reserve the room for 4 hours with the standard set-up. Additional fees may apply for longer rentals and special set-ups. Table linens are included.
Please provide a minimum of (4) weeks’ notice for orders.

Quick & Easy Meal Packages
Each package includes everything you need for your event including disposable service items. No changes or substitutions please. Items are priced per person unless otherwise noted.
Continental Breakfast Package – Freshly baked bagels with cream cheese, butter & jelly, an assortment of baked goods, and fresh cut seasonal fruit. Includes coffee and tea.
Soup & Salad with Grilled Chicken – Chef’s soup of the day, mixed green salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion, served with grilled chicken breast strips, house made croutons on the side, and two dressings. Includes fresh baked rolls, cookies, and finger-cut brownies.

Italian Lunch – Al dente pasta dressed with olive oil, served with meatballs on the side, and marinara and alfredo sauce. Includes fresh vegetable medley, garden salad with dressings, garlic bread, cookies, and finger-cut brownies.

Fiesta Tex-Mex Buffet – Includes chicken carnitas, shredded cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, seasoned black beans, cilantro lime rice, salsa, sour cream, soft flour tortillas, and corn tortilla chips. Served with churros for dessert.
Add Tex-Mex seasoned plant-based protein (vegan and gluten free)
Add Guacamole & Queso
BBQ Buffet – Choice of BBQ pulled pork or chicken, extra barbecue sauce, small kaiser rolls, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, garden salad with dressings, choice of fresh cut fruit or veggies with ranch or hummus, potato chips, cookies, and finger-cut brownies.
Add plant based BBQ protein (vegan and gluten free)
Baked Chicken Buffet – Choice of lemon pepper or fire-braised chicken breast, Chef’s selection of mixed vegetables, macaroni and cheese, roasted potatoes, garden salad with dressings, rolls, butter, cookies, and finger-cut brownies.
Value Picnic Buffet – Individually wrapped hot dogs, hamburgers, and veggie burgers. Served with condiment PC’s, individual bags of chips, canned beverages or bottled water, and cookies.
Breakfast Buffet with Brunch Options – Scrambled eggs, bacon, chicken breakfast sausage, home fries, breakfast pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola. Includes coffee, tea, orange juice, and water.
