How to Book an Event

Before booking an event, you'll want to think through some of the details such as the location and set up, service style that is desired (served, drop off, pick up), and menus. Browse through our online menus to review options available. Please note that capacity limits may be impacted by COVID-19 restrictions.

Room and Table Set Up
Garnishes offers the following event spaces for catered events that require service depending on the size of your group.
  • New York Room in Cooper Hall accommodates banquet seating for 200 and receptions up to 250.
  • Presidential Dining Room in Cooper Hall accommodates banquet seating for 32 and receptions up to 50.

Campus spaces may also be available including:

  • The Ballroom in the Seymour College Union (currently unavailable due to construction) accommodates banquet seating for 375 and receptions up to 600.
  • Eagle's Lookout in the Tuttle Athletic Complex accommodates banquet seating for 40 and receptions up to 75.
