Privacy Statement
Brockport Auxiliary Service Corporation is the non-profit organization responsible for the operation of services and enterprises supplemental to the educational mission of the University. This includes all dining facilities, the B & N College Bookstore, vending and video operations, and accounting services—all activities and services of the University not directly provided by the State University or other state agencies.
We exercise the rights of the First Amendment which provides freedom of speech, and therefore, reserve the right to take photographs of groups or individuals on SUNY Brockport campus for use on our Web site and in various printed publications. Photographs will not be posted with individual’s names attached to them unless written permission has been obtained. Any person who wishes to restrict the use of their photograph, must provide a written statement to:
